A year in review for Prodota Gaming 2016
Following a period of instability and struggles, in March we welcomed on board our captain and carry player Ylli “Garter” Ramadani – a core and central figure for the organization since.
Although our roster continued to change formation through the year, we are proud to have secured several championship titles and solid achievements.
This year we spent a few weeks in bootcamp together as a team and blazed through the brutal open qualifiers of the Boston Major to be able to participate in the Boston Major closed qualifiers. We didn’t manage to advance to the main event, but it was a stepping stone and highlight of the team’s time training.
We also traveled to China for WCA 2016 where we seized a commendable 4th place finish and gained a lot of motivation and experience.
Last week we bid farewell to our long term support player Malthe “Biver” Winthers who was transferred to legendary organization Natus Vincere after being recognized for his skill and efforts shown playing under the Prodota Gaming Banner.
We are in the process of solidifying our roster for the upcoming new year and Kiev Major – something we are not taking lightly and testing various players and exploring all options.
We will have everything announced and finalized by January 9th, when the rosters are locked, so stay tuned.
We move into the new year with high hopes and driven by our desire for an even better year and improvements. We want to thank all of our fans, friends and family for the continued to support as we look forward to the new year.
